Overview
Run operational coordination for financial partnerships across EMEA, supporting relationships with banks and other financial institutions. The role connects partner requirements with the internal teams responsible for implementation. It offers a defined remit in a regulated payments environment, where clear ownership of dependencies and escalations helps partnerships operate reliably as market coverage expands.
Requirements
- Candidates need five or more years of relevant experience and proven coordination of complex projects.
- Analytical ability, attention to detail and strong English communication are essential.
- Direct banking-partner experience and familiarity with payment flows, due diligence or scheme mandates are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects involving partner due diligence, operational requests, regulatory developments and changes to payment-scheme requirements.
- Track interdependent workstreams, deadlines and decisions across product, engineering, treasury, risk, legal and finance.
- Triage incoming partner issues and make sure the appropriate teams resolve them with a clear record of progress.
- Improve operating processes and governance so senior stakeholders can see partner health, implementation status and emerging risks.
- Develop reporting, dashboards and other mechanisms that make recurring work easier to manage.
- Communicate with external partners and internal leaders, identifying opportunities to reduce manual work, improve execution and strengthen operational controls.
Conditions
- This full-time, 18-month fixed-term role requires three office days weekly in Vilnius, with occasional flexibility in working hours for global-team coordination.
