Responsibilities
- Manage high-value Arabic-speaking players.
- Build long-term VIP relationships.
- Monitor player behaviour and churn risk.
- Deliver tailored promotions and player experiences.
- Support VIP payment issues.
- Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, Product and Support.
