Overview
This operational role follows the money movements and customer-account activity that can expose a gaming platform to losses. It combines investigation of unusual patterns with the practical processing of withdrawals and customer enquiries. Fraud controls must support legitimate payment activity while identifying transactions that require intervention. The position also covers changes to system rules, where new requirements need to remain compatible with existing configurations. Clear case records, timely escalation and coordination with the MLRO and compliance leadership are part of turning monitoring signals into appropriate operational action. Payment-rule updates are checked against existing configurations and requested service timelines.

- At least two years experience, ideally payments or security.
- Fraud investigation and online payment-risk knowledge.

- Configure operational rules and check compatibility of system changes.
Conditions
- Workplace: Bucharest, Romania.
- Hybrid becomes available after first three months; up to 50 home-working days yearly.
- Full-time employment.
