Overview

The manager works at the intersection of research, public policy and a regulated gambling business. Scientific studies and debates need careful analysis so teams can understand emerging issues and relevant opportunities. Coordinating research projects includes maintaining a clear view of the evidence, while systematic literature reviews help assess what existing work can support. Complex findings must be communicated in a form appropriate to different audiences. Collaboration spans research institutions, associations, political stakeholders and internal teams, requiring both analytical independence and effective coordination. The role is suited to someone who can connect robust research methods with practical questions arising in a regulated market and present reasoned recommendations clearly.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in social sciences, psychology, politics, mathematics or a similar field.
  • At least five years at the science-policy interface or in a comparable regulated role.

  • Excel and analytical-tool experience.
  • Fluent German and confident English.

Responsibilities
