Overview
The position builds a detailed understanding of a rewards programme, including tiers, earning, redemption and milestones. That knowledge supports both day-to-day questions and analysis of where the programme could deliver more value. The manager works with analytics and finance to validate data, assess reward costs and understand player engagement. Proposed improvements need clear business cases and coordinated testing, launch and issue resolution. AI and automation can make analysis and monitoring more efficient, with outputs checked against reliable data. The role balances customer value with the programme’s wider business performance.
