Overview
The role manages affiliate programmes on behalf of several operator accounts, with responsibility for both commercial growth and operational quality. It covers the decisions that link the right traffic partners with an operator’s market goals: recruitment, programme setup, commission terms and performance reviews. Traffic analysis is accompanied by onboarding checks, fraud awareness and payment-data reconciliation. Established markets create demanding competitive and regulatory conditions, making relevant relationships and practical judgement especially valuable. The senior remit also includes sharing methods with other affiliate managers and turning client results into improvements to programme strategy.
Requirements
- Three-plus years iGaming affiliate management.
- Proven programme growth and affiliate-platform experience.
- Existing Tier 1 affiliate network.
- English fluency.
- German, Swedish, Dutch or French advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Manage operator affiliate programmes and commercial targets.
- Recruit affiliates and negotiate CPA, revenue-share and hybrid terms.
- Configure programmes and monitor traffic quality, KYC/AML onboarding and fraud signals.
- Reconcile payment data and report first deposits, conversion and NGR performance.
- Coach other affiliate managers and share market insights.
