Overview

Maintain control of the obligations created by government contracts for blockchain-intelligence services throughout their lifecycle. This senior role focuses on federal contracting, from reviewing a solicitation through performance, changes and closeout. It requires translating detailed terms into clear ownership and deadlines, knowing when legal interpretation is needed and creating repeatable processes that help business teams meet commitments without losing important requirements.

Requirements

  • Bring at least five years of US government-contracts experience, including independent administration of federal prime contracts from award through closeout.
  • Understand FAR and DFARS requirements, task-order structures and subcontract flowdowns, and demonstrate experience with proposal compliance and contract-process improvement.
  • Communicate clearly across legal and business functions and exercise sound judgment about when to involve counsel.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain contract registers covering obligations, registrations, milestones and responsible owners, surfacing risks before deadlines are missed.
  • Review solicitations and build proposal compliance matrices, coordinating mandatory forms, representations and certifications with relevant teams.
  • Administer modifications, task orders, subcontracts and renewals, working with finance on contractual invoicing and reporting requirements.
  • Develop practical procedures and templates, and use validated AI-assisted workflows to improve repeatable reviews and obligation tracking.

Conditions

  • This is full-time fully remote work based in the United States.
