Overview

Validate the behavior and quality of an API-based platform used in financial risk and compliance workflows. The testing remit includes customer dashboards, APIs and mobile SDKs, with close contact with users, product owners and engineering. You will help establish whether changes meet practical acceptance criteria before they reach production.

Requirements

• Applicants need at least three years in user acceptance or functional testing within banking or fintech, plus experience with B2B software or banking infrastructure.
• SQL, REST APIs, structured manual test scripts and strong testing-method knowledge are required.
• The ability to write AI-product evaluations is required, alongside independent problem-solving and clear written findings.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer and business requirements into structured test plans and detailed test cases.
• Execute functional and acceptance tests, document defects and work with developers to verify resolution.
• Run regression checks to identify unintended effects on existing capabilities and build product knowledge that helps anticipate areas of risk.
• Investigate failures to understand their underlying causes and impact on stability or performance.
• Maintain clear records of scripts, results and quality findings.
• Support release cycles by helping diagnose deployment issues in cloud environments.
• Apply appropriate testing methods across APIs, performance and automation, including evaluation work for AI-based products.
