Overview

Commercial planning in this role is an operating discipline rather than a reporting-only task. The analyst owns models and processes that connect the revenue outlook with sales quotas, account coverage and incentive design. Historical performance and market potential inform targets, while scenario work makes risks and opportunities visible to leadership. The scope requires close cooperation with sales, account management, finance and strategy stakeholders. Accuracy matters because the same data influences both business plans and how commercial teams are measured. Clear explanations and consistent definitions are essential parts of the analysis. Commercial compensation models also require transparent governance and reliable calculations.

Requirements

  • Three to five years commercial/revenue/sales operations, analytics or FP&A.
  • Forecasting, quota or compensation planning.
  • Advanced Excel and BI tools.
  • CRM experience and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

  • Own commercial forecasts and scenario analysis across products and regions.
  • Set and track sales/account-management quotas.
  • Model incentive plans and their financial impact.
  • Maintain territory and account-segmentation frameworks.
  • Build performance dashboards and coordinate finance and commercial planning.

Conditions

  • Workplace: Bucharest, Romania.
  • Hybrid available after first three months in line with policy.
  • Full-time employment.
