Overview
This dedicated remote search is intended to reach experienced Portuguese-speaking Forex / CFD conversion leaders who may sit outside the main sourcing hubs. The employer needs a hands-on coach who can work directly with an underperforming desk, review calls, improve follow-up and objection handling, and raise registration-to-FTD performance without needing to relocate.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Portuguese.
- Relevant English sufficient for internal coordination.
- Proven Forex / CFD conversion experience.
- Previous Team Leader, floor-lead or conversion coaching responsibility.
- Strong call-review, objection-handling and closing knowledge.
- Ability to coach and manage approximately 10 agents remotely.
- Strong CRM/dialer discipline and comfort working with performance metrics.
- Understanding of onboarding, KYC and deposit friction, including PIX/cards/Crypto-USDT where applicable.
- Reliable remote-management and communication habits.
- Education: No specific degree requirement was stated; relevant professional experience is the primary qualification.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the existing conversion team remotely.
- Run structured call reviews and agent feedback.
- Improve contact, follow-up, objection handling and FTD execution.
- Monitor agent and desk performance through available CRM/dialer reporting.
- Set clear daily priorities and accountability.
- Support difficult conversion cases and agent escalations.
- Improve handover quality to the existing retention team.
- Keep management informed of meaningful performance issues and improvements.
Conditions
