Overview

This Tbilisi-based role is for German-speaking professionals with previous Forex / CFD retention or trading account-management experience. The position has a strong commercial focus, including portfolio management, client negotiation, objection handling and reactivation of inactive accounts.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level German.
• Working English.
• Previous Forex / CFD retention or trading account-management experience.
• Strong client communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience handling objections and reactivation conversations.
• Comfort managing an active client portfolio through a CRM.
• Ability to work full-time from an office in Tbilisi.
• No specific degree or formal education requirement. Relevant language ability, sales/Forex experience where applicable, communication skills and commercial performance are more important.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of German-speaking clients.
• Maintain regular commercial communication with active accounts.
• Re-engage inactive or disengaged clients.
• Handle objections and retention discussions professionally.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and scheduled actions.
• Identify issues requiring operational escalation.
• Work toward assigned retention and portfolio-performance targets.

• Full-time, office-based in Tbilisi, Georgia.

• Five-day working week.
