Overview
We are looking for an experienced French-speaking Retention Agent to join a regulated Forex / CFD company in Limassol. You will manage client relationships by phone and email, support continued trading activity, identify relevant upsell opportunities, maintain accurate CRM records, and work with compliance and support teams.
Requirements
- Fluent French with strong verbal and written communication skills
- English at B2 level or higher
- Previous retention experience in a regulated Forex / CFD company
- Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Good understanding of financial markets and trading platforms
- Ability to work within strict regulatory requirements
- Target-driven with a proven performance record
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Ideally already based in Limassol
