Overview
This Istanbul-based role is for French-speaking professionals with previous Forex / CFD retention or relevant trading account-management experience. The work focuses on maintaining regular client communication, handling objections, re-engaging inactive accounts and managing portfolio activity accurately through the CRM.
Requirements
- Fluent or native-level French.
- Working English.
- Previous Forex / CFD retention or relevant trading account-management experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience handling objections and reactivation.
- Accurate CRM and portfolio-management habits.
- Ability to work full-time from an office in Istanbul.
- No specific degree or formal education requirement. Relevant language ability, sales/Forex experience where applicable, communication skills and commercial performance are more important.
Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with French-speaking clients.
- Manage scheduled portfolio follow-up.
- Handle objections and account concerns.
- Re-engage inactive clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM history.
- Escalate operational issues where required.
- Work toward retention and engagement targets.
Conditions
- Full-time, office-based in Istanbul, Turkey.
- Previous relevant Forex / CFD retention experience required.
- Five-day working week.
- Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses or commission.
