Spanish-Speaking Forex / CFD Conversion Agent — Sofia, Bulgaria

Overview

This Sofia-based role is for Spanish-speaking professionals with previous Forex / CFD conversion or closely related trading-sales experience. The work centres on prospect progression: establishing contact, understanding interest, overcoming objections and maintaining follow-up through the early account-opening journey.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level Spanish.
• Working English.
• Previous Forex / CFD conversion or relevant trading-sales experience.
• Strong telephone-sales and negotiation skills.
• Confident objection handling.
• Comfort using CRM systems and working toward targets.
• Ability to work full-time from an office in Sofia.
• No specific degree or formal education requirement. Relevant language ability, sales/Forex experience where applicable, communication skills and commercial performance are more important.

Responsibilities

• Contact Spanish-speaking prospects.
• Understand prospect needs and level of interest.
• Handle objections and maintain sales momentum.
• Guide suitable leads through onboarding steps.
• Follow up with incomplete prospects.
• Record outcomes and future actions in the CRM.
• Work toward conversion and activity targets.

Conditions

• Full-time, office-based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Previous relevant Forex / CFD sales experience required.
• Five-day working week.
• Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses or commission.
