Overview
Office-based role covering Spanish-speaking prospects. Both experienced Forex conversion agents and strong candidates from relevant sales backgrounds may be considered across current and recurring partner opportunities.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish.
- Working English.
- Strong telephone-sales and client-development ability.
- Previous Forex / CFD conversion experience is beneficial.
- Candidates with strong relevant sales experience but no previous FX background may also be considered for suitable opportunities.
- Confident objection handling.
- Commercially driven and comfortable with targets.
- Able to maintain structured lead follow-up.
- Comfortable learning trading products and account processes.
- No specific degree or formal education requirement. Relevant language ability, sales/Forex experience where applicable, communication skills and commercial performance are more important.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking prospects.
- Qualify leads and develop suitable sales opportunities.
- Build rapport and maintain follow-up.
- Assist prospective clients through initial account-opening steps.
- Explain relevant products and service functionality.
- Resolve basic questions during the conversion process.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-ups.
- Work toward acquisition and conversion targets.
