Overview
This is a pure conversion position rather than retention. The successful candidate will work new registrations through first contact, KYC/onboarding and initial deposit, then pass funded clients to a separate retention operation. Strong call discipline and consistent follow-up matter more than generic customer-service experience.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Portuguese.
- Basic working English.
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience on a Forex, CFD, Crypto or FinTech conversion desk.
- Proven ability to convert new registrations into First Time Depositors (FTDs).
- Strong telephone sales, negotiation, objection-handling and closing skills.
- Good understanding of client onboarding and KYC procedures.
- Familiarity with Brazilian deposit methods, particularly PIX, plus cards and Crypto/USDT where applicable.
- Experience using CRM systems and VoIP/dialer software.
- High emotional intelligence and disciplined follow-up habits.
- Particularly relevant: experienced Portuguese-language closers who can move from registration through onboarding to first deposit.
- Education: No specific degree requirement was stated; relevant professional experience is the primary qualification.
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with new registrations and qualified prospects.
- Move prospects through the conversion journey from first contact to First Time Deposit.
- Support onboarding and relevant KYC steps without creating unnecessary friction.
- Handle objections, negotiate confidently and maintain structured follow-up.
- Assist prospects with relevant deposit methods including PIX, cards and Crypto/USDT where applicable.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, lead status and follow-up activity.
- Use VoIP/dialer tools effectively and maintain professional call standards.
- Handover successfully funded clients to the existing retention team.
- Use structured call and follow-up sequences rather than one-off contact attempts.
Conditions
- Full-time conversion role.
- On-site/local or relocation arrangement; this is not a remote-agent vacancy.
- Portugal-based candidates are welcome. The role may require relocation/on-site work; relocation support is available.
- Relocation support available; details discussed during interview.
- Base salary + variable compensation; exact package discussed privately with suitable candidates.
- Clients move to a separate retention team after successful FTD.
- Working schedule: Full-time; exact hours are discussed during interview.
