Overview

InVault Talent Desk is building a shortlist of experienced English-speaking conversion agents for full-time Forex/CFD sales roles in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Limassol, Cyprus. These office-based positions involve contacting qualified leads, presenting the employer’s services accurately, guiding suitable prospects through onboarding and first-deposit conversion, and maintaining disciplined CRM follow-up. Employer identity, desk assignment, working schedule, compensation structure, regulatory framework, and any relocation support are confirmed with shortlisted candidates before interview. Requirements

• Professional English communication skills, spoken and written
• Previous phone-based Forex/CFD conversion, acquisition, or closely related sales experience
• Confident handling of inbound and outbound calls with structured follow-up
• Working knowledge of client onboarding, first-time deposits, KYC steps, and responsible sales communication
• Strong CRM discipline with accurate notes, callback scheduling, and lead-status management
• Ability to work full-time from an office in Dubai or Limassol, or willingness to relocate
• Comfortable working toward clear individual and team performance targets
• Professional conduct with no misleading claims or promises to prospective clients
